Florence Pugh excited to see Amy Adams at the premiere of "Klara and the Sun" at the BFI London Film Festival. You can see that he is a big fan. Then they called Jena Ortega and Rachel Forman and they took the photo. The film directed by Taika Waititi is based on the 2021 novel by British-Japanese writer Kazuo Ishiguro, winner of the 2017 Nobel Prize in Literature. The protagonist is Klara, (Ortega) an android with human appearance, which was designed to accompany people who suffer from loneliness. It is within a line of robots known as "Artificial Friends." Like that grasshopper who gave you the cold shoulder for trusting you, mai. Klara spends a good part of her existence observing humanity from a store window. Hardly for the expressionless faces that Ortega likes, by the way. There, he studies expressions, conversations, emotions and human behaviors. In addition, it is recharged with solar energy, so it develops a very particular relationship with the Sun, which is its protector. Then his... life? changes when he meets Josie, a teenager with health problems and a complicated family situation. The interesting thing is that Ishiguro wrote this story before generative AI became widespread in a degenerate way. And today, five years later, their questions remain much more uncomfortable. It opens in theaters in Mexico on October 22.
